Very beautiful glasses, actually, but they arrived broken.
The glasses are very attractive. The delivery arrived about a week ago, but unfortunately one glass was broken. I haven't received a reply to my email yet.

Poor service
ordered two sets of four glasses. Upon use, I discovered that the rims of two of the glasses are quite sharp. I wouldn't offer such a glass to anyone. This shouldn't happen at this price. Unfortunately, my email to customer service remains unanswered. It's a shame. I expected more from WMF. The glasses themselves are nice. Perhaps customer service will eventually help...
