The small rubber ring is easily lost, otherwise it's easy to use.
Additional protection is needed to prevent the small rubber ring from getting lost. Otherwise, handling and cleaning are good.

Good product overall
I saw other people's bad ratings, but we are actually very happy. The rubber never got torn, and we have it for almost 3 years already (and we move it on and off after every use, to wash around). We have 2 units and we really enjoy them. Design is great and usability is also fine, although I agree it requires some delicate handling to fill properly.

It couldn't be worse.
The rubber seal tore the first time I used it. The filter doesn't close at all. Maybe this is a product for the dollar store.

Bad!
Tea shards occasionally fall out of the strainer. It doesn't close properly. Pouring it in is also very awkward. And all this for €15! We recently bought one for €2 at a furniture store (the one with four big letters in its name), and we're very happy with it.
