Handle comes loose
Unfortunately, the handle on top of the pot keeps coming loose. Returning it would mean destroying the product and incurring two shipping costs, which isn't exactly environmentally friendly.

Beautiful teapot, unfortunately it drips.
The pot really keeps the heat hot for a long time, which is great. Unfortunately, a drop runs down the side of the pot every time you use it, which is a shame.

The pot is a real eye-catcher. It's also very practical. Fill it with coffee or tea in the morning and still have hot coffee or tea in the afternoon.

I find this thermos very beautiful. I've been looking for something like this for a long time. Matching our gold cutlery, it's a real eye-catcher on any coffee or breakfast table. We've already used it five times; the click-lock closure is very practical, it doesn't leak, it's stable, and very easy to handle. We're thrilled and can highly recommend it!

The pitcher looks very nice. However, it leaks when pouring and is therefore unusable. What a waste of money.

The pot keeps coffee and tea hot for a long time. And if it's properly tightened, it doesn't splash when pouring.
