Impeccable customer service
Contrary to the previous reviewer, I can only report excellent customer service. I've owned a dInsel wine pump for at least 10 years. Over time, a crack developed in the plastic, causing the handle to keep slipping out. After I politely informed customer service of this, including a photo of the defective pump, I received a completely new pump set in no time. In previous cases of friendly complaints regarding other products, WMF has always responded very positively and helpfully.

Disappointed
thought WMF stood for quality, but this product has a serious defect. The handle is poorly attached to the plastic cylinder, so the parts will come apart over time. Luckily, the handle has a hole. You can cut a wooden peg to size and use it as a locking mechanism. I went to the WMF store in the Olympia shopping center (Munich) with my broken pump to find out if it could be repaired. NO ONE knew anything about this product. WMF offered no goodwill gesture whatsoever.
