The toaster is a real eye-catcher with its design and is also highly recommended from a technical standpoint. It's very user-friendly and produces excellent toasting results. I'm absolutely satisfied with the Lono glass toaster, which I've been using daily for the past two weeks.

arrived with two visible dents on the viewing window, top left and right.
Disappointed! The glass toaster was well packaged, but still had two visible dents/bumps above the viewing window. Quality control needs to be improved! I was really looking forward to the glass toaster. But now my excitement is gone, and I have to deal with the tedious return process. What a shame.

Excellent toaster
just needed to throw away the toaster my mother-in-law gave us and I did a research on different brands and sizes. I am amazed by this crystal clear toaster which you don't have to worry about your bread ends burnt. I also love the up and down mechanism. My parents have one that expels the whole toast so this quiet and smooth system is simply amazing. I strongly recommend this toaster although you have to invest some more money but is an investment for the future.

Great toaster
I'm thrilled with the glass toaster. It looks fantastic, you can see the toast browning, and the slices are beautifully and evenly toasted. I'm delighted.
