Top knife series
super handy knife with excellent sharpness. The saleswoman told us it wasn't as sharp as one might expect, but that the sharpness would remain constant for 30 years. We have three knives from this series and are happy with every one. The balance, appearance, and handling are superb.

Easy cleaning
It fits quite well in the hand, but everyone's hand is different. It should be easy to clean. Whether you like the modern design is a matter of personal taste. It could definitely be sharper... Whether it stays that sharp... only time will tell.

The best knife I've ever had...
The Ultimate Black chef's knife is the best knife I've ever held. Why? The center of gravity is perfectly balanced, it feels great in the hand, and it hasn't lost an ounce of its sharpness since I first started using it.
