The Element One is very easy and quick to clean. It's also very user-friendly. You can choose between three levels of carbonation. After confirming your selection, the maker does the rest. The bottles with their stainless steel accents look elegant and high-quality. Furthermore, the Element One is compact and therefore doesn't take up much space in the kitchen. In conclusion, I can say that the sparkling water maker not only looks good but is also practical to use. I give it my highest recommendation.

Calling a sparkling water maker a game-changer might seem like an exaggeration at first glance, but it's not. First off, I already own many WMF appliances, from toasters and kettles to raclette grills with fondue sets, and yes, I've been considering getting the Element One for quite some time. So what's so great about this seemingly simple device? 1. Appearance – It fits perfectly into the WMF family. Stainless steel look, high-quality workmanship. 2. High-quality workmanship – yes, I'm mentioning this explicitly again because most sparkling water makers on the market, including those I've used (briefly) before, were made of plastic. Plastic breaks easily and feels rather out of place in handling, especially in a dirty environment like a kitchen – at least in my opinion. The device is made of metal, with a few exceptions inside which, due to construction requirements, must be plastic. It's very easy to clean, and no, you don't see fingerprints constantly because it has a soft brushed alloy finish, not polished stainless steel. 3. Rotary Control - A rotary control isn't exactly rocket science, but here it's really helpful. No multiple presses, no guessing "Is it fizzy enough?", nothing at all. Turn the dial to the stop, press down firmly once, and you have sparkling water that, in my opinion, is superior to the "Classic" category. 4. Setup and Use - You need a gas cartridge, like with all sparkling water makers. Unscrew the head (see photo) and insert the cartridge. Screw it back on, and you're done. The weight of the device also makes it very stable, for example, on kitchen countertops. 5. Drawbacks - Yes, Germans have to find something to complain about, and of course, I do too. You have to push the gas release button all the way down – this feels wrong at first, which is why you don't fill the first two bottles properly with carbonation and are disappointed. Once you understand that it's supposed to make a loud "CLICK," you'll love the device. In conclusion: I travel for work, Monday to Friday. My partner works full-time, and our child is in kindergarten. So, any convenience that reduces the amount of shopping bags I have to carry and makes everyday life easier is a gift. And the Element One is exactly that! A really good, stylish, well-made sparkling water maker that saves us from carrying cases of bottled water. Bottle insertion: The threads engage securely and everything feels very sturdy. A great device for anyone who wants to avoid plastic bottles and is looking for a durable product.

The only slight issue was opening the housing the first time I tried to insert the CO2 cylinder (it was quite stiff). But with patience and a little force, I managed it. The carbonation level can be adjusted to three different settings, and you get perfectly sparkling water in just a few seconds. The sparkling water maker was also packaged securely and to a high standard, which further underscores its premium quality. I can wholeheartedly recommend this sparkling water maker. It's a real highlight in my kitchen! I especially love the stainless steel finish. I'll definitely be ordering another bottle.

Everything was securely packed and well protected. The device itself makes a very elegant and sturdy impression. Even during assembly, you can tell that robust and high-quality materials were used in its construction. The high proportion of stainless steel significantly enhances the appearance, ensuring that the sparkling water maker looks modern and simply beautiful in any kitchen. It truly is a real eye-catcher. Operation is very simple and self-explanatory. I find it particularly practical that the carbonation level can be individually adjusted. This allows everyone to carbonate their water exactly to their own taste. The setting can be precisely adjusted by simply turning the dial on top. Another great advantage is that standard gas cylinders can be used, meaning you're not tied to a specific system. The connection between the bottle and the carbonator is reliably leak-proof and feels sturdy. The bottle lid seals very well, preventing any carbonation from escaping. However, I find it a shame that the bottle isn't made of glass. Glass would be more hygienic and easier to clean thoroughly. The plastic bottle somehow makes the whole device look "cheap" and, in my opinion, detracts from its overall appeal. A second bottle included would also be very useful, as you could, for example, make a mixed drink for children in one bottle and plain water in the other without having to wait for the first one to be empty. Another minor drawback is that the stainless steel surfaces need to be wiped down regularly, as water spots are easily visible. Otherwise, there's little to criticize. Overall, the price-performance ratio is excellent, and I'm very happy with the sparkling water maker.

It's incredibly easy to use; the carbonation level is very easy to adjust on the device, and it works perfectly. Inserting and removing the bottle is also a breeze, as is inserting the CO2 cylinder. Even our ten-year-old son can manage it and makes his water exactly how he likes it. We're also completely delighted; the design fits perfectly in our kitchen and looks very high-end.
