Stylish with minor flaws
The small espresso machine is very easy to use; you only need to read the instruction manual once at the beginning. Adjusting basic settings, such as the water volume, is a bit cumbersome, but you only really need to do that once at the start and perhaps when changing coffee types. Another downside is the machine's strong vibration; cups or glasses don't stay put but move around on the drip tray during the brewing process. On the plus side, it heats up very quickly; the machine is ready to use by the time you've prepared everything. Despite these minor flaws, we are very happy with the machine; it's compact, easy to use, and simply looks great.

Delivered and broken
The machine was connected. Everything was cleaned as described. The coffee machine was switched on. It was primed. And that was it. Water was leaking from the top of the milk frother. The water buttons first lit up red, then white. Aha, now it's time for coffee. Nothing. Suddenly the water started flowing. And it just kept flowing and flowing and flowing. I would have expected better quality from WMF.

Amazing coffee experience, I would gladly buy another WMF machine.
The machine was delivered super fast, the handling is simple and well explained, and the coffee tastes particularly good.
