The Vitalis is excellent: whether it's salmon on vegetables, asparagus, or anything else. A great cooking appliance for any energy source. It's a lot of fun! The recipe book should always be included, though!

...functionally still improvable ...
Dear WMF Team, we had to replace our beautiful WMF fish kettle with the Vitalis Aroma Steamer due to its lack of induction compatibility – and we've now cooked our first two trout. Absolutely delicious! However, we would have liked the inner basket to be about 3 centimeters longer, which the outer container certainly allows – trout are simply a bit longer here in the Black Forest :-)) Warmest regards from the Black Forest, The Reischles

Very high-quality steam cooker
The steamer is very well made. The special base ensures optimal heat distribution. Many types of vegetables can be gently cooked in it.

WMF steam cooker good, promotion bad.
The Vitalis steamer is a great pot. What I find very disappointing is that the small steaming inserts and porcelain bowls are no longer available (and according to three WMF specialist stores, this has been the case for years). I would recommend updating the brochures listing available accessories so that future customers aren't also disappointed.
