I'm absolutely thrilled with the WMF Element One sparkling water maker. The design is elegant and modern, perfect for any kitchen. It's quick and easy to use. The only slight issue was opening the housing the first time I tried to insert the CO2 cylinder (it was quite stiff). But with patience and a little force, I managed it. The carbonation level can be adjusted to three different settings, and you get perfectly sparkling water in just a few seconds. The sparkling water maker was also packaged securely and to a high standard, which further underscores its premium quality. I can wholeheartedly recommend this sparkling water maker. It's a real highlight in my kitchen! I especially love the stainless steel finish. I'll definitely be ordering another bottle.

It looks high-quality, feels good in the hand, and is leak-proof. Just be aware that WMF uses its own bottle system, so other bottles won't fit. In conclusion, I can only say that I'm extremely satisfied and wouldn't want to be without it.

With the Element One stainless steel dispenser, tap water is transformed into sparkling water in seconds, with individually adjustable carbonation levels to suit every taste. The silver stainless steel construction looks elegant and is robust and durable for everyday use. It would be perfect if it had an anti-fingerprint coating. Inserting the CO₂ cylinder was a little tricky at first, as you have to press and turn simultaneously, but with practice it's quite easy. The dispenser offers enough space for large plastic and PET water bottles. It would be nice if glass bottles were also available.

High-quality workmanship – yes, I'm mentioning this explicitly again because most sparkling water makers on the market, including those I've used (briefly) before, were made of plastic. Plastic breaks easily and feels rather out of place in handling, especially in a dirty environment like a kitchen, at least in my opinion. The device is made of metal, with a few exceptions inside which, due to construction requirements, must be plastic. It's very easy to clean, and no, you don't see fingerprints constantly because it has a soft brushed alloy finish, not polished stainless steel. 3. Rotary Control - A rotary control isn't exactly rocket science, but here it's really helpful. No multiple presses, no guessing "Is it fizzy enough?", nothing at all. Turn the dial to the stop, press down firmly once, and you have sparkling water that, in my opinion, is superior to the "Classic" category. 4. Setup and Use - You need a gas cartridge, like with all sparkling water makers. Unscrew the head (see photo) and insert the cartridge. Screw it back on, and you're done. The weight of the device also makes it very stable, for example, on kitchen countertops. 5. Drawbacks - Yes, Germans have to find something to complain about, and of course, I do too. You have to push the gas release button all the way down – this feels wrong at first, which is why you don't fill the first two bottles properly with carbonation and are disappointed. Once you understand that it's supposed to make a loud "CLICK," you'll love the device. In conclusion: I travel for work, Monday to Friday. My partner works full-time, and our child is in kindergarten. So, any convenience that reduces the amount of shopping bags I have to carry and makes everyday life easier is a gift. And the Element One is exactly that! A really good, stylish, well-made sparkling water maker that saves us from carrying cases of bottled water. That's exactly how it should be! Now, about the maker itself. It has a simple, slim, and understated design, but it's truly beautiful. Inserting the CO2 bottle is incredibly easy from the top. Just press the button and unscrew the neck. Super easy. I put it back on and tested it right away. I filled the bottle, inserted it, folded it back down, and pressed the button. One press and it does everything automatically. It's incredibly easy! You can also adjust the carbonation level. It's incredibly simple and really great. From low to medium to high/classic carbonation. It couldn't be better or easier. Simply select one of the three levels with the dial, press the button, and you're done. Making sparkling water couldn't be simpler. The design is absolutely beautiful. Nice and small, but really stylish. It doesn't look like a typical kitchen appliance. I can recommend this sparkling water maker to everyone. The price-performance ratio is excellent. I have absolutely nothing to complain about and I'm so glad I have it.

WMF has taken sparkling water makers to a new level with its perfectly formed, timeless stainless steel design. Setting it up is quite easy after releasing the safety latches in the cartridge area. I'm only deducting a small point for the rather fiddly opening of the cartridge compartment. It requires a bit of skill to open. There are certainly better ways to design it. But as I said, this is a minor drawback that shouldn't be considered too serious, given that you only change the cartridge every few weeks. The carbonation process is also incredibly simple and intuitive. Fill with water, screw on the bottle, and turn the dial to select your desired carbonation level: "finely sparkling, medium, or sparkling." Then press the carbonation button once, and you're done. With just one press, you get the exact level of carbonation you want, creating perfectly sparkling mineral water. The bottle should only be cleaned by hand. (Glass would definitely be more practical and environmentally friendly.) In conclusion: If you're looking for a high-quality product that is not only aesthetically pleasing but also technically more sophisticated than the competition, this is the one for you.

Just turn the top cap slightly, pull it off, screw in the cartridge, and then reinsert and tighten it. That's it. The dial for adjusting the carbonation level is also intuitive and easy to use. Nothing sticks or feels cheap.
