Disappointing
At first, I was thrilled with the blender. It's a pretty appliance that fits perfectly in the kitchen cupboard. However, if you don't tighten the lid very securely (so tightly that it's almost impossible to open again), liquid leaks out. Especially solid ingredients tend to collect at the edges and aren't processed by the blades. After only two uses, the sealing ring was apparently missing during assembly. Suddenly, the blade assembly is stuck in place and can't be removed. The shop offered no help or assistance whatsoever, simply blaming me.

Compact and does what it's supposed to!
The blender is small and clever! It can easily chop my frozen fruit and makes my smoothie nice and creamy.

Broken immediately
We hardly used our blender; it was a gift. After I really needed it once (13 months after buying it) to make pesto, it broke immediately. It simply won't turn on anymore! Very disappointing.

smelled like it burned and eventually broke
Tried to blend soup and the glass broke. Every time we blended anything it smelled like burned plastic.

Nice, but not durable. The rubber coupling is a big problem!
The stand mixer, like the other WMF kitchen minis, is a real eye-catcher in the kitchen and is space-saving and suitable for a single household. Now for the big problem, and apparently not an isolated incident. My appliance broke down after only three uses. The rubber teeth of the coupling wore through. After visiting the WMF shop and showing them pictures of the defect, they sold me a replacement blade with a rubber ring. Thinking I had fixed the mixer, I went home with it. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. Thanks for the bad advice. So, €20 down the drain. The rubber coupling, i.e., the mixer's gears, don't last long. They are too soft, rounded, and don't provide a sufficiently firm engagement, so the part and its counterpart eventually grind to pieces. When I inquired about a replacement part on WMF's website, they confirmed that there is no replacement part available for the rubber coupling. I searched the internet for a long time for a replacement, but so far without success. So, if the rubber coupling is ruined, I can throw the €100 mixer in the trash. What a shame!

More show than substance
It looks good, but broke down for no apparent reason before the warranty expired. No attempt was made to repair or replace it. Clearly, they have no interest in evaluating any quality defects. A waste of money!

Problematic motor
Motor is so weak that only low viscose liquids can blend easily. I tried to blend peanut and milk at 1st and 2nd grade knob but motor couldn't succeed to rotate then some white smoke occurred. I had to bring it to service and they changed the fuse.
