That's practically an outrage...
The whisk has broken for the fifth time now! Although we really like the machine, we won't be ordering another whisk (around €25 each) and will simply throw the appliance away and buy a different brand. I've already complained and haven't received a satisfactory response. It's simply disappointing.

It's not worth it.
The appliance itself is good. However, the whisk keeps breaking, so you have to order a replacement part for around €20. My whisk has now broken for the fifth time, and since I've already had to spend about €80 on four replacement parts, I'm going to throw the whole appliance away and unfortunately buy a different brand. It's disappointing and a disgrace for a renowned brand like WMF.

Weak point whisk
We use the appliance almost daily and like it. I agree with Claudia: "The milk frother whisk breaks regularly." I bought the WMF Lono Milk & Choc milk frother in December 2017. In July 2024, I had to buy a new whisk because one of the three curved feet on the original one became increasingly flattened over time. As a result, the connection no longer held, and the magnetic piece kept falling out. Now (May 2026), this replacement part has also become flattened... It seems like normal wear and tear, but it's happening far too often... Does product development address these issues, or is it considered an unimportant detail?

Great device, but...
It makes great milk foam and hot chocolate. Unfortunately, the whisk breaks and the replacement part can only be purchased separately for €25. That's very annoying.

The milk frother whisk breaks regularly.
We love this appliance and use it almost daily, even for hot chocolate. Unfortunately, the whisk keeps breaking; the rivets don't hold, it falls apart, and the magnetic piece keeps falling out. This is now our second whisk, and a replacement costs around €25. As much as I love the machine, I'm considering throwing it away rather than buying yet another whisk.

Very practical and easy to clean.
I only bought this appliance because my milk kept burning; that's over now. I still need to test the other functions, but I'm sure everything will work to my complete satisfaction.
