Burnt immediately
As others have already mentioned, the function and design are good, but the milk burned immediately and it couldn't be cleaned. This only happened in one spot, but it happened every time I used it.

Actually great, but...
This milk frother is fantastic in principle; it makes truly excellent milk foam that lasts a long time in the cup. I also really like the other functions, and the large capacity is something you don't find in other devices. But: Why does the milk burn? After just one use, the milk sticks to the pot in four places, and the next time, these four spots are burnt brown. After every use, you (or at least I) have to remove the stuck-on bits, otherwise, you have a lot of trouble cleaning them the second time you use it. In the store, I was assured that this doesn't happen with theirs—and I was able to verify this, as they use the Lono to make cappuccino for their customers. I've now tried all kinds of milk, even had the wattage measured—the problem persists. I'm quite annoyed about this extra effort of having to thoroughly clean the pot after every use and would like an explanation from the company, because the Lono is clearly not a cheap appliance.

Where can I find the best milk frother?
We waited many months until the WMF Lono Milk & Choc was finally available. The notification service in the WMF shop worked perfectly. The long wait was absolutely worth it. The device is slightly larger than its competitors (larger diameter). The frother is simply inserted into the milk jug, and you're ready to go. And what follows is simply amazing. The milk foam is incredibly smooth and holds its shape perfectly. Even if you drink very slowly, the foam lasts forever. The hot chocolate and drinking chocolate are also first-class. The temperature and consistency are excellent. And you can prepare significantly larger quantities than with other milk frothers, for example, when you have guests. The noise level is pleasantly low, and cleaning the milk jug and frother is a breeze in the dishwasher. A first-class device at a reasonable price.

Brief joy and long waiting
managed to snag one before Christmas and gave it as a gift. The LONO worked perfectly three times after I unpacked it, but then the programs with the heating function stopped working. So, after New Year's, I thought I'd return it to the store for an exchange. Unfortunately, the device was sent away for repair for about three weeks, only to discover it couldn't be fixed. The store then ordered a new one for me, but the delivery took more than four weeks. Last week, I received a replacement, enthusiastically presented it as a belated Christmas gift, and it produced lovely, fine, and warm milk foam... Until this morning, when the replacement refused to produce warm foam, just like the first one. This time, however, none of the frother functions work at all. Honestly, I've had enough. I definitely expected more from a reputable manufacturer like WMF, especially with such an expensive product.
