Vorsicht WMF will nur Geld!, on date
Beware of a pre-programmed weak point!
WMF uses a gear made of the cheapest plastic, which is why the device breaks down after about two years and is irreparable! You ask about spare parts! They don't exist, and WMF wants to offer me a second device with a 20% discount! WMF electrical appliances are simply junk, overpriced Chinese OEM production... MADE IN GERMANY is a joke...

KULT X is a complete disappointment.
After my older KULT X broke down after about ten uses, I received a good deal from WMF for a replacement, as it was already out of warranty. The replacement arrived without any problems. However, this current KULT X (Edition) completely failed after just 10 seconds, even though it wasn't even a third full of cashew nuts. The drive wheel, which unfortunately isn't available as a spare part, is made of cheap plastic! WMF shouldn't employ such a poor design engineer!

Shortly after the warranty expired, the plastic gear on the motor shaft failed. In my case, it stripped completely, and gluing it back on was impossible (plastic on metal). If the gear hadn't failed, the power switch would have. It was completely burnt out and wouldn't have lasted much longer. I want to emphasize: the device was definitely never overloaded, and its use was limited to two or three applications per month! The device itself works well and performs all its functions as described. In that respect, everything is fine. However, the fact that such defects occur shows how WMF is more interested in sales than in reliable products.

WMF shredders are cheap products.
The lid is made of such brittle hard plastic that it shatters as soon as it falls more than 20 cm. Without this part, the shredder doesn't work. And you can't buy a replacement lid...meaning you have to throw everything away....

My electric food processor broke down two months after the warranty expired. There are no spare parts available and WMF's customer service is terrible. I will never buy another WMF product because of their poor service.

The predecessor model, which is still listed on this website, failed repeatedly due to inexpensive parts (gears). No spare parts were available. There is no indication that this current model will be any better.
