Does not meet the usual WMF quality standards.
This set is nothing like the usual high quality of our numerous WMF products. Upon delivery, some of the forks had bent tines, the knife blades are of varying thicknesses, and some are even crooked. The wooden box looks nice at first glance, but it's so poorly made that it's difficult to remove the cutlery. This is the first time I've been truly disappointed with a WMF product; it's definitely going back.
