I'd been eyeing a fully automatic coffee machine for a long time. WMF is known as a high-quality brand, so my expectations were correspondingly high. The packaging and initial impression were great. The design is simple and elegant. The workmanship seemed good at first glance, but during initial setup, I noticed a few details that suggested the use of lower-quality materials. For example, the feel of the drip tray and the nozzles. The material is very light and feels somewhat cheap. However, in my opinion, this doesn't significantly affect the overall rating. The machine is rather large, but I think that's not unusual for a fully automatic coffee machine. Operating the machine is via the touchscreen, which works well and is self-explanatory. The LED ambient light adds a special touch, making the machine look even more sophisticated and stylish. The coffee quality is excellent; thanks to the various grind and temperature settings, you can brew a cup of coffee exactly to your liking. Of course, the aroma and taste depend not only on the machine but also on the coffee beans. If the components are of high quality, you can't go far wrong. The milk system comes with a milk container that's quite attractive and looks great next to the coffee machine. Whether you use the container or dip the tube directly into the carton of milk is a matter of personal preference. I don't always use the container, as I don't drink much coffee at home during the week. I quite liked the L. Macchiato. The milk froth is excellent, and all in all, it's a fantastic coffee experience. The user profiles allow you to customize your coffee, but the preset programs—and there are many—are sufficient for me. Cleaning is also effortless. The individual parts are easy to remove and clean. You can even run the milk cleaning cycle after each cup of coffee if you don't plan on drinking any more.

Add coffee beans to the rear container, and now everything is ready to make coffee. For a milk-based drink, attach the milk tube to the front of the machine and connect the metal rod to the tube. Then, place the tube in the milk and select your desired product. After brewing, you will be prompted to clean the milk tube. Almost everything works automatically. For multiple users of this fully automatic machine, up to 16 profiles with saved coffee products can be created. This allows everyone to save their personalized drink preferences. The machine alerts you when water or beans need refilling, or when the drip tray or grounds container needs emptying. To empty the drip tray, the lid must be removed and the water poured out. Unfortunately, the drip tray lid is so flimsy that removing it isn't ideal. The clips will inevitably break when removing the lid, and then it won't stay attached to the drip tray. This will certainly be an accessory that will need to be purchased separately. Our conclusion: the WMF Perfection 890l is a fantastic fully automatic coffee machine. The design is timeless and attractive, it's very easy and intuitive to use, and it makes delicious coffee, with or without milk. WMF should reconsider and perhaps redesign the drip tray. All in all, a great machine!

Customer service: 0 stars. The coffee machine looks great, but you have to drink it quickly before it gets cold because the coffee with milk is lukewarm. Service: 0. I didn't even receive an email confirming the delivery. I had to call five times just to get a tracking number. I'm completely disappointed.

I'm very happy with the WMF Perfection 890L. The machine arrived well-packaged, and installation was quick and easy. Everything is easy to understand and works perfectly. It would have been nice if a small starter kit with coffee beans, etc., had been included. A filter was included, but unfortunately, nothing else. I really like the design. It's nicely simple, modern, and very stylish. I find the display too small; a larger one would be much better. However, I really like the lighting. The build quality is excellent. The machine makes a superb impression. I think the overall size of the appliance is very good. The bean hopper and water tank could be larger, though. Two separate bean hoppers would also be better. You can adjust the bean strength and the beverage size (ml), but unfortunately, not the temperature. The touchscreen operation is simple and innovative, offering many settings. Unfortunately, the fully automatic coffee machine doesn't have Wi-Fi, which I would have expected in this price range. I think the LED ambient light is fantastic and creates a great atmosphere. The coffee quality has impressed me. Delicious coffee and a great aroma. The milk froths well, making you feel like you're in a café. The milk system is easy to use. You can either put the tube directly into the milk carton or use the container. We mostly drink latte macchiato or espresso. Since there are three of us adults in the household, the customizable coffee user profiles are very useful. The coffee machine switches off very quickly and then immediately starts the cleaning function. I'll have to check if this can be adjusted. Otherwise, cleaning is easy. Overall, I'm satisfied and absolutely convinced by the taste.
