Very good pan
A very good pan; it conducts heat perfectly on my induction hob. It's easy and quick to clean. However, it's important to be aware that it's not a coated pan, so you'll need more oil for frying.

Great results!
can't understand the bad reviews here; all the problems described sound like user error. You have to heat the pan first until water droplets (due to the Leidenfrost effect) start to dance on its surface. Only then is it hot enough for the oil and the food. So far, nothing has burned in this pan, and minor discoloration can be easily removed by simply boiling some water and gently scrubbing the pan with a steel wool pad. Breading becomes incredibly crispy, and sauces and food heat up super fast. If you just take a little time to familiarize yourself with the process of cooking with this pan, you'll have a world-class kitchen tool.

First attempt at frying was disappointing.
We specifically ordered the expensive "Germany" model. The first time we fried onions, it left normal marks. After cleaning, the pan is no longer shiny, but partially dull and has burnt-on bits. I've never experienced anything like this with pans before. The same is true for the pots. The quality is therefore inferior.

don't recommend this pan. Everything cooked in it sticks to the pan – the breading from all the meat, scrambled eggs, even the oil burns and leaves nice brown edges everywhere. I had to scrub the pan with all my might to get it clean again – more work than anything else! But apparently that's normal for uncoated pans. It should just be mentioned in the description.

The pan is TOP.....
...if you know how to use it. Those who exclusively use non-stick pans will have to adjust their cooking habits. However, the results, for example with meat or sauces where you need to sear something quickly, are incomparable, because they are significantly better. Sure, the meat might stick to the bottom briefly, but it releases again shortly after, and you get those delicious roasted flavors that no Teflon pan can achieve.
