Not worth the money
Everything sticks to it, no matter how you use it. It's absolutely not worth the money. Zero stars would be more appropriate for this pan. And then the hotline even asks if you used oil, since it's not a coated pan... speechless.

Great pan
Great pan, if you know how to use it. Once the food is cooked, it practically releases itself. You might pay a bit more, but you also don't have to worry about damaging the coating and potentially ending up in your food...

simply bad
Everything burns, no matter how much or what kind of oil. I will never buy WMF products again; it's a complete rip-off. All those great tips from the shop are useless. The fact is, other manufacturers offer better and cheaper products.

For people who have heard of cooking oil...
Coatings are, by their nature, badly incompatible with your digestive system. You will inevitably be scraping some off. This is the beauty of using a quality pan without coating. *You need to be a little more sensitive with the hat and use enough oil* then *nothing burns* to the pan. The pan itself has been a revelation. It seems to transmit dramatically more efficiently on our induction top than any other product we own. That may be a reason some people have problems... Use 15-20% lower settings using this pan. The quality is wonderful, and if the handle ever does fall off... welding it back on is hardly a problem.

Great pan
We bought two 28 cm pans right away because they don't warp, and we're absolutely satisfied. I won't have coated pans or pots in my kitchen anymore. As long as you know how to use the pan, nothing sticks. The problem, as is so often the case, is that people don't know how and heat the pan to full blast. You can fry food very well in the pan even on medium heat; then not even a fried egg will stick. Besides, you make the sauce by deglazing after frying. Et voilà, nothing sticks, and you get a very rich, flavorful sauce. You can't achieve that with packet sauces, but then you wouldn't really need a pan like this anyway.

Broken! After barely two months of normal use - the handle fell off.
We expected more for that price. The handle simply fell off after barely two months of normal use. The connection between the pan and handle felt a bit loose from the start. The pan itself is well-made and heavy, but the handle and especially the connection are too weak. This is far from satisfactory for a pan in this price range. All our pots are also WMF (Quality One), but we'd rather try a different brand when it comes to pans.

Unfortunately, it's totally overpriced.
This pan is available from other retailers for around €20. Here it costs at least twice as much. What a shame. I don't think their pricing policy is right.
