We used the grill for the first time this weekend, and both our friends and we were thrilled. The idea of integrating an oven into a grill is simply brilliant; I immediately used this feature to bake herb butter baguettes. Otherwise, I always had to run to the kitchen and put them in the oven separately. I also found it very easy to use and got the hang of it quickly. The grill makes a very high-quality impression, and I can highly recommend it.

The WMF grill fits perfectly on our balcony because it's so space-saving. Despite the small grilling surface, the integrated oven makes it possible to grill for several people. Meat can be kept warm, or you can prepare delicious side dishes in it. The design is very modern, and the touch panel and large rotary knob make it very easy and intuitive to use. Cleaning is also a breeze; most parts are dishwasher-safe, which is a huge help. However, there is one drawback: the rather shallow lid means you can't cook whole roasts, and there's no shelf above the grill plate. Overall, we're very happy with it and would recommend the grill.

Of course, you can use the oven for many other things, such as keeping food warm or finishing cooking the meat. However, since I don't think the grill is designed for more than four people, keeping food warm isn't really necessary. I think the combination of grill and oven is simply brilliant. The grilling results really surprised me. For a grilling enthusiast like me, the charcoal flavor is naturally missing ;) But the WMF Profi Plus is an electric grill, so we didn't expect that. Instead, we expected great taste and excellent grilling results. We're absolutely thrilled with both. It tastes delicious and looks fantastic. Cleaning up after grilling was a breeze because the water tray, reflectors, grill grates, and baking tray are all dishwasher safe. Everything else just needs a quick wipe. The oven works just like any other electric oven you'd use. As a family, we're completely happy with our new grill because the whole package is perfect. A great design, high-quality workmanship, excellent grilling results thanks to the powerful grilling performance and even heat distribution, and an integrated oven. Everything is just right, and that's why we highly recommend it.

After deciding to buy an electric grill as an alternative to our gas grill, we quickly settled on the WMF Profi Plus Urban Master Grill. Even though the price of €700 is quite high, the integrated oven gives it added value compared to other grills. The grill was delivered two days after we ordered it. All the individual parts were securely packaged. Thanks to the easy-to-understand instructions, assembling the grill took only 15 minutes. Once everything was set up, we immediately put the grill to use. The heating performance is very good for an electric grill and pleasantly surprised us. The 60 x 40 cm grilling surface provides enough space for four people. The cast iron grill grates produce excellent grilling results. We also used the oven to bake feta cheese in our existing cast iron pans. Here, too, the oven met our expectations. When we visited friends who unfortunately aren't allowed to use a gas or charcoal grill on their balcony, we spontaneously disassembled the legs of their WMF grill, loaded it into our car, and, thanks to its light weight, took it with us and set it up there. Everyone was very happy that day, and our friends are now considering buying one themselves. After using the grill a few times, we are very satisfied and happy with it, despite the high purchase price, and would buy it again in a heartbeat.

It's okay, but in my opinion, nothing more. Perhaps my expectations are too high, as I've been cooking on various grills almost every day for the past 15 years, but: - The oven door leaks, and there's also a significant amount of condensation. - The temperature sensor is poorly positioned, as the cable keeps getting caught when the oven door is opened. - The handles are made of hard plastic. - The oven interior was scratched on the rails immediately after the first use with a baking tray. - The oven heats up very slowly compared to the grill surface. - Why does the grill function have settings 1-9 while the oven temperature is indicated in degrees Celsius? Why can't both be adjusted continuously? - The baking tray should definitely only be washed by hand, as it immediately discolors and oxidizes. For a purchase price of €649, one would expect considerably more.

Generally, a medium-sized grill like the WMF Urban Master Grill can serve approximately 6-8 people. Of course, the number of people you can serve also depends on the time required for food preparation and whether you use the warming tray underneath the grill to keep cooked food warm. A special feature is the warming tray underneath the grill, ideal for keeping grilled food warm. It is easy to use and can be opened at any time to keep food warm. Overall, the WMF Urban Master Grill is a versatile appliance suitable for small to medium-sized groups. Cleaning the WMF Urban Master Grill is quick and easy. The grill grates are dishwasher-safe. All surfaces can be wiped with a damp cloth and mild dish soap. Empty the water tank after each use. Depending on the water hardness, descaling is recommended.

Since we have a ban on gas and charcoal grilling in our new apartment, I had to decide on an electric grill. At first, I was skeptical, but... A new appliance – a WMF Profi Plus Urban Master electric grill – has just arrived. The grill was very well packaged to ensure it arrived safely. The grill grates are surprisingly good quality and heavy, just like on a "normal" grill. I'm especially pleased with the dual function – grilling and baking in one truly stylish and compact appliance. It looks fantastic, but it's quite delicate. If you accidentally touch even the smallest screw or the power plug, it will scratch. And there was some confusion regarding the 12 screws (in 3 different sizes) – the instructions only show two different sizes. We've already grilled all sorts of things, and I have to say – this was the right decision. The grill heats up quickly and (a great feature) reheats to 360 degrees after grilling for self-cleaning. After that, everything is quite easy to clean. The oven is a slightly different story – it's a bit more difficult to clean, but still manageable. This grill isn't just an alternative when gas grills are banned; it's a fantastic appliance that delivers superb aroma and flavor. Whether it's meat, vegetables, fish, or just sausages, everything is prepared very quickly and tastes delicious. It never burns, but remains juicy and crispy (where it should be). The appliance seems a bit small, but it's more than adequate for a family. It's also great for larger quantities of food – because grilling is so quick, you don't spend all your time "cooking," and you can really enjoy the process. Highly recommended!

Assembly was straightforward and simple, confirming the solid impression; everything fits together very well. The grill is operated via a touch control panel. Here, you can select the various cooking or grilling zones using presets. A single tap selects the corresponding zone, while a double tap activates the setting mode for preselecting the temperature (oven) or the heat level (1-9) of the grill. The settings are adjusted using a rotary knob. I would have appreciated some tactile feedback here, such as a noticeable click when turning the knob. However, these concerns proved unfounded. With a little planning and using the oven as a "parking spot," everything works perfectly. The grill heats up to operating temperature (which can reach over 300 degrees Celsius) incredibly quickly and is ready to use. You have to fill the water tray with water before grilling. Cleaning is surprisingly easy and even enjoyable. That might sound unbelievable, but it's true. In my opinion, this is due to the high-quality materials used. Cleaning takes less than 15 minutes, and the grill looks brand new afterward. In conclusion, it's a truly fantastic appliance from WMF. The materials are excellent; everything feels sturdy and high-quality. The parts fit together perfectly, with hardly any noticeable play in the loose components. If the control panel had buttons instead of touch controls, allowing me to monitor all the temperatures at a glance, it would be a 5-star product. As it is, I unfortunately have to deduct one star, resulting in a solid 4 stars.

Honey, we spontaneously decide to have a barbecue. Unfortunately, that's not possible – we're out of charcoal or the gas cylinder is empty... We've all been there, right? No problem with our new WMF electric grill. Plug it in and off we go! Even the assembly was super easy and the women in the family finished it in no time. They were also very impressed with the stylish Cromargan design. And then there was another great surprise – an oven built into the grill. A fantastic feature – grilled baguettes, roasted vegetables, keeping grilled food warm – all right there. The only slight drawback is that the baking tray and its operation don't quite give the same high-quality impression as the rest of the grill. But that's nitpicking, especially considering the price tag. Now, let's talk about the grilling itself. We've tried steaks, sausages, vegetables, and halloumi – all multiple times – and found everything to be excellent. The temperature can be individually adjusted for each type of food using the rotary dial. If desired, you can also use the included meat thermometer. We also really appreciate the option of closing the lid to reduce smoke. The neighbors (who aren't grilling with us) certainly aren't upset about it at this point. As fans of the original Thuringian Rostbratwurst, we could hardly tell the difference compared to a charcoal grill, which only made us more enthusiastic. The only thing that didn't quite elicit cheers from us was cleaning the cast-iron grill plates. We couldn't agree with some other testers on this point, as it was quite time-consuming. Perhaps we overdid it, wanting to keep our stylish grill looking brand new even after use. We give it a clear recommendation; if the price were a bit lower, it would be 5 out of 5 stars. As it is, four stars and a thumbs up for the product. Definitely a top product and not a flop.
