After just one "light" wash cycle in the dishwasher, the container is completely deformed. Customer service promised a replacement, but I've been waiting for over six months and keep getting the runaround...

I had some initial trouble using it; I kept turning it upside down when unscrewing it. After that, it worked without any problems and I recommend it.

Simply a SUPER device

Ideal for small households. Fruit and soft vegetables can be transformed into a delicious drink in no time with this smoothie blender. The appliance could be a bit quieter – hence the point deduction. Also, be careful when attaching the bottle to the blender. Position it at the arrow mark, turn only slightly, and let it click into place. If you twist too hard when removing the bottle, the insert will remain in the thread and the drink will spray out.

The twist-lock system really does require trust. If the lid isn't tightened even a little bit, you won't be able to remove the container from the blender without closing it. It takes some getting used to.

...just the right size for two people and super easy to clean. Thanks to its small size, it fits perfectly in a small kitchen – much better than our large blender, which I had to put away in the cupboard after every use. This mini blender takes up so little space on the countertop that you can simply leave it out. The motor is powerful enough to make smooth smoothies. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy a smoothie every day with minimal effort.

It's perfect for anyone who just needs a small smoothie for the day. The only thing that ultimately convinced me to buy it was the reduced price. Otherwise, I would have found it a bit expensive.

Hi, this is a copy of my message via the contact form... I'm curious to see if and what kind of response I get... I'm extremely annoyed at the moment! Hi, since "right there for you" now means a 90-minute wait!!??? I'm choosing this route now because I suspect they simply forgot to change the recorded message at the end of the day and at least inform all the customers stuck in the endless hold queue ;-((( I received a Kitchenminis to-go smoothie maker as a Christmas present... but the joy was very short-lived: after six uses, the sealing ring tore... and now I can't get a replacement anywhere??? Looking at the many reviews, I get the impression that this is a long-standing problem/malfunction of the device.... Why isn't it taken off the market or at least supplied with an extra set of sealing rings so that it might at least last until the end of the warranty period... a cynic might suspect malicious intent... so now I'll add this experience to the long list of similar reviews... what a shame, I've been a loyal WMF/Silit customer until now.
