Very disappointing
I've had the scale for almost two years now and I'm very annoyed that the batteries – two button cells each – need to be replaced every two to three months. With my old scale, I only had to change the batteries every three to four years. Considering the scale itself isn't exactly cheap, and then there are the expensive batteries to consider, I can only advise against buying this product.

The scale not only looks great, but is also very practical thanks to the tare function. The quality is excellent.

Nice scale with a more difficult-to-read display.
The scale itself does what it's supposed to and looks nice. Unfortunately, it takes a while to react, for example, when resetting the weight. The display isn't always easy to read; depending on the lighting conditions, I had to adjust the position of the screen to see the numbers, as the non-illuminated numbers were also visible.

Bad choice
I've had the digital kitchen scale for almost a year – and I've already had to change the batteries at least three times – it's really annoying. Why do they run out of power so quickly? Surely that can't be right.

Stylish kitchen scale
It looks good and has been faithfully serving me in my kitchen for over three years. The complaints about expensive batteries are typical. Either I want a flat scale – which then requires button cells that are a bit more expensive and have slightly less capacity – or I buy a bulky one, where I can use larger batteries ;-) For anyone having trouble with the touch panel, I recommend pressing it with the flat of your thumb (like when you leave a fingerprint). It works better than trying to tap it with the tip of your index finger or even your fingernail...
