Excellent cutting unit!
Unfortunately, this is the second set, as the electrical contact keeps cutting out when activated. Are there no replacement parts available? That's a shame. The new ones are apparently a revised version. We'll see.

Product is very good, as expected...
As one would expect from WMF, the product impresses with its excellent quality. The workmanship is top-notch, and even our children find it a pleasure to use.

Moderate quality
The rubber caps break regularly. Replacement parts are either impossible to find or extremely difficult to obtain, and when you do, they're ridiculously expensive. WMF is ignoring the issue (which I can understand, hence the one star :-)). I'll be buying new grinders – from a different manufacturer.
