After replacing the rubber bellows, these mills are now indispensable in the kitchen and around the house. We now have four of them and are already ordering another pair for friends.

Rubber cap for pepper and salt mill
fully support all six reviews regarding the rubber caps. "WFM" must now be written with lowercase "wmf". Where can I buy new rubber caps? In China?

Expensive if the rubber parts are constantly defective.
I've had these grinders for a long time, but I've already had to replace the tops with the rubber caps once. These replacement parts are offered at a high price. Now, after only 2-3 years, they're broken again! And this is with super-high-priced professional grinders! No thanks WMF, now I'm buying two other COMPARABLE (!) grinders for a quarter of the price.

Buyer beware: poor quality
The grinder has a low-quality rubber cover for the push button that becomes porous very quickly. An expensive purchase, and then this! No way!

Unfortunately, it's no longer usable.
After refilling twice, the plastic tops broke. They no longer lock into place and spin freely. If you're not careful while using them (holding the bottom part), the bottoms fall into your salad, pan, etc. Since the mills are very attractive, I gave WMF a second chance and bought another set. With the same result. I wouldn't have expected such junk from a company like WMF, especially since other WMF products meet my expectations.

Great product!
The salt and pepper mills not only look good, but they also work perfectly. We've been using them constantly since September 4, 2008. Due to heavy use and UV exposure, the rubber caps have become porous over the years. They are now being replaced. Excellent service!

Salt mill
Unfortunately, the mill is unsuitable for salt. I've already had to replace it four times because the motor stops working after about a year. Presumably, it's too weak and/or of inferior quality. It's a shame, as WMF is supposed to be synonymous with good quality.

Overpriced junk
Initially okay, but the plastic parts made in China give out after a short time; read the reviews on Amazon, purchase warning.
