Potato lye remover
The prong broke off after more than a year. I would have preferred to have it soldered back on, but instead, it was easily exchanged for a new peeler.

worst design for vegetable peelers
- Not convertible for left-handed use - No double blade - Not economical peeling, peels too thickly - Blade replacement is pointless without a service tool - Large, flat items cannot be peeled due to the handle design; two blades would be better, more economical, and offer a better grip
