Improved peeler handle
The peeler is perfect. The distance between the handle and the blade holder is too large for me. My index finger gets caught in this gap. (And I don't have small hands!)

I've been using this peeler for several years and even had the blade replaced once at a WMF store. Now I've bought a second one. It's lightweight and fits comfortably in the hand.

Part fell off, service is not responding to emails.
After the third use, the spike simply fell off. Even after the third email inquiry, there was no response other than an automated confirmation of receipt. After five weeks, I finally called WMF customer service. After a 14-minute wait and a brief conversation, I'm now receiving a replacement. Hopefully, it will be of better quality...

Perfect
We've had it for a few years now and are more than satisfied. This was the only one we considered as a gift. The recipient is delighted with it, too. The quality speaks for itself, and it feels great in your hand. No plastic... no rust... a faithful companion in the kitchen. We highly recommend it.

Good peeler
The peeler fits comfortably in the hand. The blade is long-lasting, sharp, and smooth. If it does become dull, the blade can be replaced, which I find excellent, as it means the entire peeler doesn't have to be thrown away. I'm so impressed with the peeler that I even bought a second one. All in all, a great kitchen helper!
