...basically, everyone knows why they choose WMF: the feel and the quality. And yes, it's true, what a Hilti is to a professional tradesman, a WMF is to a chef. The dough scraper is robust, functional, and beyond reproach. The handle feels wonderful in your hand and fits perfectly. You can tell immediately that it's made for extended use. Never again will I have to deal with those loose, wobbly, thin handles that strain your palm and wrist! (Everyone knows that €10 junk.) If needed, I'll definitely buy another one; the price-performance ratio is top-notch. The extra quality and more comfortable working experience are worth it to me!
