WMF Lono Milk and Choc, on date
Great foam! However, the whisk is broken!
We're also having the problem with the stirring rod! It's falling apart and we can't find a replacement anywhere. Therefore, I'd like to take up a previous offer I made to another customer here, item number 1000050131. Please let me know.

Device replaced twice, broken again.
Replaced twice, the red light kept flashing, no function. Now the cage holding the whisk has fallen apart. The welds are a joke. Replacement part? Doesn't exist?

Lono Milk Frother
can't complain; we've had the Lono for almost two years and are very happy with it. The milk only gets too hot if we haven't dried the outside of the container, then it can sometimes burn. Otherwise, it does what it's supposed to: froth milk. And please, NO milk frother froths all the milk. Unfortunately, we're now also having the problem with the whisk and have to order a new one. That's extremely annoying, because at that price, I expect better quality. But it doesn't surprise me, since it's become common practice to use inferior components. It just infuriates me.

Best foam / Top hot chocolate
The milk frother is absolutely fantastic; I wouldn't want to be without it. The only downside is the constant standby mode. You have to unplug it to save electricity.

Stay away from that junk.
This milk frother is a complete joke. The foam itself is good, but only about a third of the milk I pour in actually froths up. Sometimes it's just lukewarm, sometimes it's scalding hot. So it's a gamble what temperature you get. Plus, the milk burns. It's impossible to clean properly. Even the dishwasher struggles. So you can't call this quality. I've only used it for four days and I'm returning it tomorrow. I'm done with WMF. Never again. The quality has declined drastically. Only the price hasn't.

The best!
The best milk frother I've ever had. I enjoy it every day. It makes excellent milk foam and is easy to clean. Highly recommended!

The stirring rod keeps breaking!
The whisk keeps breaking. We're already on our third one that's given up the ghost (costing €20 each time). I therefore advise against buying this product! Very poor quality, which you wouldn't expect from WMF.

Excellent milk foam, easy to use.
We recently bought this milk frother and are very happy with it so far. The milk foam is fantastic and it's easy to clean. I'm looking forward to many more cappuccinos with delicious milk foam.

Disappointing response from the service center
Unfortunately, after just a few days, the rod that keeps the whisk in its housing came loose. A relatively large amount of unfrothed liquid milk also remained, so I contacted customer service for assistance. The disappointing reply was as follows: Dear Mr. Keune, thank you for your feedback. I am happy to offer you the whisk unit for €19.90 including VAT. The item number is 1000050131. Please note our flat shipping rate of €4.95 including VAT. Shipping is free for orders over €49.00. If you agree to this offer, we will gladly accept your order. Simply send a brief reply with your desired delivery address. Of course, we are also happy to accept your order by phone (Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.) at the number listed in my signature. Perfect result
We treated ourselves to this machine yesterday after some deliberation. After all, the competition regularly receives rather poor reviews when it comes to processing plant-based milk. We're using the Oatly Barista Edition – and we're absolutely thrilled with the fine-textured foam! It's far superior to anything we've used before: Saeco and Jura fully automatic machines, Nespresso, and A modo Mio capsule machines. A definite recommendation from us!
