Unfortunately, it gets hot after only 3 minutes at the highest setting - I'm continuing to test because I'm worried it won't last in the 'long-term test'.

Heavy and uncomfortable
We just bought the mixer. Unfortunately, it didn't live up to our expectations. Whipping cream was fine, but the batter was difficult to work with and tended to climb up the beaters. We own many WMF products and have been satisfied with them in the past. Sadly, we are not at all happy with this mixer. We would be very grateful for a brief response. Best regards, Joachim Meier
