Not convincing
don't quite understand all these good reviews: Yes, the hand mixer is relatively quiet. But as others have already noted, the mixing beaters are relatively short (unlike my previous model, which was 1 cm). However, what I find far more annoying is that light, dry ingredients like flour, cocoa, and/or powdered sugar are scattered all over the work surface (next to the bowl) by the mixer's fan. The appliance itself is also covered with a thin layer of ingredients afterward. I'll be looking for a new one.

All our kitchen appliances are from WMF. We haven't regretted it for a single day, but even a hand mixer eventually breaks down, and we replaced it with a new one today. I expect we won't need a replacement for at least another 15 years. Many thanks to WMF and best of luck for the future.
