The packaging of the pan was not good.
The outer packaging was damaged. The pan was wrapped in bubble wrap and paper. The original packaging is missing, which has resulted in light scratches on the edge of the pan.

The best pan
This pan is simply fantastic; nothing sticks if used correctly. I also have the same pan in a 28 cm diameter. Our grandson makes his fried eggs in it, and they always turn out perfectly.

Not suitable as an all-rounder!
According to the seller, nothing should stick when frying and the pan should be easy to clean. Unfortunately, everything has either burned or stuck to the bottom of the pan. Cleaning it is also quite a chore. The enclosed instructions claim the pan is universally usable. Therefore, I went to the WMF shop today to return the pan. There, I was told that it's only intended for high-heat searing, such as for steaks. However, we wanted to buy an "all-rounder." So, in our opinion, it's unusable for our purposes and will therefore end up in the trash!

Good product - as expected from WMF
The honeycomb base is a fantastic invention; nothing sticks, and everything cooks evenly. Great product, I'd buy it again anytime.
