It's a horrible pan... very disappointing. Don't buy it
Besides the fact that it is super hard to clean due to the metal rim, the handle gets really hot on a gas stove and you cannot touch it anymore without burning... considering that the WMF lady recommended this pan specifically for gas stoves it is very disappointing and I would never buy it again. If I could I would return it...

Food sticks and burns
We bought two frying pans for a lot of money because the seller promised that nothing would stick and the coating wouldn't break. The coating is very durable, but so far everything we've tried has burned and it sticks to the bottom of the pans like crazy. Absolutely not recommended.

honeycomb structure
Despite advertising claims that nothing can burn, no dish comes out of the pan easily; it sticks to the sides and even to the honeycomb structure. And the handle is a joke—you can barely hold a full pan with it. A product destined for the trash.
