It's not worth the high price.
Unfortunately, it doesn't sit properly on the hob (it wobbles). Very disappointing for the price. I wouldn't recommend it. What a shame ☹️

Perfect, with the second handle. The sediment, which is supposed to form during frying, was easy to remove for sauces... great that you can scrub a little harder later to clean it.

Non-sticking??? Total nonsense! Used it two times and it is totally not worth it. Half of the food I was cooking stuck on the pan and there is no way to clean the sufrace now…WMF when charging €140 for a “NON STICKING PAN” at least make it actually what it is supposed to be. Would never recommend this product to anyone.

It emits an unpleasant whistling sound on the induction cooktop.
The frying results are great, but the pan whistles extremely loudly on the induction hob when I use level 6 and above. It stops when I touch the handle… Unfortunately, I can't use it like this.

WMF Profi Resist braising pan, 28 cm high
Excellent frying pan; heats up quickly. Frying is easy with very little oil. Very easy to clean. The two handles are a great feature. I already own two frying pans from this series and am very impressed. Good value for money. Highly recommended.
