Not recommended
have the pan in two sizes. The handles on both get uncomfortably hot. Despite the supposedly superior coating, everything sticks to it, and cleaning the uncoated rim is a real chore, even with normal use!

Great pan!
It exceeded all expectations. My wife doesn't want to use any other pan anymore. You hardly need any oil or fat. Cleaning is very easy. Perfect!!!

I use a lot of pots and pans from the WMF brand, which I enjoy using, but the most used pan is the ProfiResist 28 cm - a deep, magical pan for everything.
