As soon as you heat the pan to anything higher than medium (level 4 or higher out of 6), everything sticks, and you have to soak the pan for ages to get it clean. It's definitely the wrong pan for searing meat. If you fry eggs, for example, over low to medium heat (level 3 out of 6), they don't stick and slide right out of the pan, just as promised. Of course, the cooking time is correspondingly longer at medium heat...

Started strong, faded more sharply
Initially, I was thrilled with the pan; nothing stuck, the heat distribution was even, and it had a high-quality feel and appearance. However, the honeymoon phase ended after just a few months. Despite careful use and cleaning (only Teflon spatulas, rinsing with a cloth without dish soap, and lightly oiling with cooking oil), everything stuck, regardless of whether it was scrambled eggs at low heat or stir-frying at high heat. After eight months, the pan is unusable, and €99 is definitely too much money for that! A real disappointment.

Everything is stuck to it
We've had the pan for over two years. The coating is robust and shows no signs of damage, but everything has stuck to it since day one. Cleaning it is a chore.

It doesn't deliver on its promises.
Food sticks to the pan, whether it's steak, fish, chicken, etc. Unpleasant residue is left behind, which makes cleaning time very long. Perhaps someone has a tip on how to do it better.

Best pan and coating
With proper care – meaning no dishwasher, no sharp or pointed tools, no harsh cleaning agents or methods, and no exceeding the maximum permissible temperature – a long coating lifespan is guaranteed! For me, it's the best pan on the market that delivers on its promises.

Too bad
After just over two years of use, I'm disappointed with this pan. Food sticks to it, and now the coating is starting to chip (WITHOUT using any hard objects in the pan, only plastic and wood). What a shame.
