The searing went very well. The pan is also scratch-resistant, which I really liked. Unfortunately, the handle gets very hot. I couldn't touch the pan. I find that very disappointing. I cook on gas, and according to the manufacturer, the pan is suitable for gas cooking.

Very bad. I expected it to be different from a €15 pan and not stick or burn the second time I used it. I don't know if it's because I use an electric stove, but even eggs stick. Incidentally, I also use sunflower oil to prevent sticking. Unfortunately, it's impossible to clean, even though I've cleaned it as thoroughly as possible with a cleaning sponge. You pay €90 and expect a good pan, but the result is disappointing.

Perfect pan
So far I've fried meat and mushrooms and I'm very satisfied. Thanks to the coating, nothing sticks, and it's easy to clean. Despite its weight, it's very easy to handle.
