Tested today SUPER SUPER SUPER
Due to its weight, the pan isn't ideal for tossing. However, the heat distribution is unparalleled. Today I used it for the first time to make a pumpkin and chestnut tagine from the street food cookbook by the highly esteemed Anne-Katrin Weber. The size is perfect for such a large portion. And the sauce ended up with a consistency I've never experienced before. Therefore, 5 stars, as this pan is excellent for searing and braising.

Good wok. Good results.
Delivery was very fast. The packaging was very poor. It was literally rattling around in the oversized box. It was only wrapped in foil, which shouldn't be the case at this price. Luckily, it wasn't damaged. I went to two WMF stores, but neither had it in stock. That's why I ordered it online. One of the saleswoks told me she'd been working there for 30 years and didn't know this particular wok. Regarding the wok itself: I get good cooking results. I'm very satisfied. I cook a lot of Cantonese dishes. The weight doesn't bother me. I hope the handles will be able to withstand the weight for a long time, as they aren't screwed on. Because of the wide rim, the glass lid doesn't fit perfectly. It's not a WMF lid, but it's also 28 cm in diameter.
