Perfect pan
An all-purpose pan, suitable for high temperatures, searing, and regular dishes at low temperatures. This pan is absolutely my favorite. Therefore, I wholeheartedly recommend it.

Excellent wok pan
Great product. I only use it for Asian dishes. The weight isn't a problem for me. But it's definitely too heavy for my wife. That has to be said. But since that's not an issue for me, I'm not deducting a star.

The logical consequence if you already own the professional resistance pan (flat).
Simply excellent. Top quality. Nothing sticks, and it's very easy to clean. We've already had very good experiences with the flat Profi Resist pan; you almost can't do without the wok pan.
