Everything went smoothly with the order and registration, but yesterday I received an email stating that my item's shipment is delayed. I'm not happy about this, especially since fast shipping was advertised. I'm quite disappointed.

Easy to use...filter bags can be used, which are readily available and inexpensive...cleaning is effortless. Question: Is the glass carafe available for purchase separately, and how much does it cost? An answer would be great.

So far, the coffee machine looks nice and makes good coffee. Very small, space-saving and compact.

Disappointed
After 1.5 years of having this coffee machine the coating is chipping off, the top lid of the machine is peeling and busting off. I didn't expect this from a WMF product. WMF has had a reputation of good quality and long lasting kitchen supplies. I am wondering if they are moving towards focusing more on profit and not the quality of their products.

Hello, the machine itself is good and makes good coffee. However, I would have expected better quality from a company like WMF regarding the carafe. The handle came loose from the carafe after only a very short time.
