KÜCHENminis® Aroma Coffee Machine
The handle on my coffee machine also fell off yesterday while I was cleaning it. Luckily, the coffee was already poured! I received this machine as a gift in November, so I no longer have the receipt (warranty). Now I can only hope that WMF will replace this defective product!?! Where can I turn for help?

Kitchen mini coffee machine
We had planned to use our coffee machine in the caravan because it's very slim. After just one week of use, the handle came off in my hand while I was drying it. I can't imagine using it with hot coffee in the caravan. We'll be returning it. It's far too risky, especially since we've heard about this happening several times before. What a shame.

I bought the carafe in November 2018. After two weeks, the handle came off in my hand while I was washing it. I immediately ordered a new carafe from a WMF store. The promised delivery date was 2-3 weeks. When I inquired, the date was postponed to April 2019. Is this the new "Made in Germany"???

Defect of the pot
I can also confirm that the handle of the pot comes loose after a few months. What a shame! I expected better quality from WMF.

The handle detaches from the pot.
The 4 stars are for the coffee taste. Unfortunately, I had the same experience as other reviewers – the glued-on handle came loose from the pot. ☹️ Hopefully, we can find a replacement quickly, as we use the machine daily.

Replacement jug
After a long period of making my coffee using a hand filter, I decided on this coffee maker from the Küchenminis series based on a recommendation. When I bought it at the WMF store, I asked about the availability and price of a replacement carafe and was told it was available for €15. I am very happy with this coffee maker.

Looking for a replacement canister
To echo what other reviewers have said, I also experienced the problem with the handle coming loose. While hand-washing the pot, the handle broke off, and the pot scattered shards of glass all over my kitchen. I still haven't found a replacement, so I'm currently without coffee... Please fix this issue.

Material defect?
I bought the pitcher about four months ago. Now, while cleaning it, the handle came loose and the pitcher shattered on the floor. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to find a replacement to order. I've read in the reviews that I'm not the only one with this problem. So my question is: Is this a material defect?

Defective handle attachment
I bought this machine six months ago and have used it on weekends to brew my Sunday coffee. Yesterday, I was very happy with it, as it made excellent coffee. However, yesterday, when I removed the carafe from the machine, the glued-on black handle came loose from the glass carafe, and I badly burned my thigh. The carafe then fell to the kitchen floor and shattered. Because of this incident, I would strongly advise against buying this machine.
