MLF MILK CHOCOLAT FROTHER

The design is very elegant – typical WMF quality. The milk frother itself makes delicious milk foam and super hot chocolate. It's precisely this dual function that makes the appliance so good. I've been using it several times a day for the past two weeks. I hope it lasts a long time, and if it does, then I highly recommend it.

The system as a whole is very good, as is the frothed milk. Unfortunately, the milk frother's stirring rod keeps breaking, and the replacement wasn't covered under warranty. "Very disappointing for the price." After about three months of use, it broke again. It's a design flaw and should be fixed urgently. Three welds solved the problem, and the lower part, including the spiral, now stays firmly in place.

After the device malfunctioned from the start and was sent back to WMF with a return label, absolutely nothing happened. Neither a repaired device nor a refund was issued. Simply infuriating. Terrible service and almost €100 down the drain. I have NEVER experienced such poor customer service!

I've used quite a few milk frothing devices, but I was always disappointed. Then this one was recommended to me – with the added comment that "it's worth every penny." And that wasn't an exaggeration. Even my children only drink their hot chocolate frothed with froth now.

bought a Lono Milk and Chok milk frother for over 80 euros. The whisk broke after a short time. No replacement, no message, nothing. Even a letter to management went unanswered. It used to be different. The charm the company had back then is gone. Never again, unbelievable arrogance.

I am very satisfied; it is used every day.

Unfortunately, I've been trying to get a replacement whisk for four weeks now. After a promising initial conversation with a call center employee, nothing has happened. My appliance is still under warranty. I also contacted them again via the website (over a week ago). It's really frustrating when you expect a premium product. Very disappointing overall. Nice design, but poor workmanship... and... the promised replacement hasn't been honored.

This milk frother is simply fantastic. Solidly built and well-made, easy to use.

The milk frother does what it's supposed to. In fact, it does it really well. However, every few days, all the LEDs suddenly start flashing while it's running, and the device shuts off. This fault seems to be completely unknown and can only be reset by unplugging and plugging it back in. It doesn't seem to be getting worse, so we're just living with it. Occasionally, the milk sticks slightly when frothing the minimum amount. With larger portions, however, nothing burns. A definite drawback, though, is the delicate frothing wand: the construction is very fragile, bends easily (never drop it!), and then no longer sits in the center, causing the whisk to spin unevenly or not at all. The whole thing is held together by three tiny welds, which also came loose on ours after a while. But a big shout-out to the customer service hotline: the serial number showed that our device was less than two years old, and they immediately sent us a new whisk. Otherwise, we could have ordered it for €20. Unfortunately, the whisk isn't available in stores, so we might have to bother the hotline again. Despite the good hotline service, the product only gets three stars. Buying tip: Tchibo offers a very similar frother that has fewer features but doesn't have the aforementioned weaknesses.
