Mixed results, a brilliant piece of equipment with weaknesses
After six months, I can draw the following conclusions: - Positive: The temperature selection is fantastic! I can boil water and heat mulled wine to a drinkable temperature simply by pressing a button. - Negative: 1. Unfortunately, the device emits a continuous tone when plugged in, which I find very unpleasant, so I have to unplug it immediately after use. 2. The container cannot be completely emptied, so some liquid always remains. This is inconvenient if I want to heat different drinks one after the other. Furthermore, despite all the washing, mold has already formed.

CORROSION, HARD TO CLEAN
IT'S BEAUTIFUL, IT'S PRACTICAL, BUT THE QUALITY IS SUSPECT. THERE IS CORROSION. AND IT IS DIFFICULT TO KEEP CLEAN. CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THE METZINGEN STORE IS VERY BAD. JUST REPLACE THE ITEM OR CREDIT THE CUSTOMER FOR ANOTHER PURCHASE IN THE STORE. BOTH SIDES ARE HAPPY WHILE DEVELOPERS WORKOUT THE PRODUCT FLAWS.

Unfortunately, the device started leaking after about 1 1/2 years.
My first kettle from the Mini series was replaced under warranty due to a leak. The replacement unit leaked again after only about 15 months at the joint between the glass and the stainless steel base. Really disappointing, WMF!

I'm extremely happy with the kettle. Small and neat. It looks nice, the water boils quickly, and it doesn't release much steam into the kitchen.

Purchase of three pans, a pan lid, a kettle with tea infuser and three pan cleaning sponges.
I made a purchase in Erlangen, Nürnberger Str. The sales staff were helpful and gave me good advice. I felt well taken care of. I am very satisfied with the items I bought. The only downside is that the kettle with the tea infuser is a bit difficult to clean after use.

Great appliance, easy to use. It's especially nice that you can set different temperatures. Doesn't take up much space in the kitchen.

Good quality and function, but cleaning is time-consuming.
think the product is well-designed both visually and functionally. If you're only boiling water, it's almost perfect (apart from the beeping noise while boiling). However, cleaning the inner container isn't so easy. Therefore, I'm still hesitant to use it for making tea.
