The kettle is just the right size; we never really need more than a liter of water, so now we have a handy little appliance in the kitchen with good performance and the right look!

The automatic boiling and subsequent reduction to the desired temperature works very well; the tea strainer is perfectly fine for all loose teas.

After reading some of the incredibly negative reviews here, I feel I have to add my two cents. I've been using this kettle for just over a year and I'm very happy with it. I drink a lot of tea and therefore use the kettle frequently (at least once a day). I've never had any water spill. I even tried it earlier and had to tilt it quite far to the side for any to go wrong. The kettle beeps three times at fairly long intervals. You can hear it from the living room when the water in the kitchen is ready. It's a high-pitched tone, but it's not deafening. It heats up much faster than my previous kettles (1 liter of lukewarm water in about 2-3 minutes at 100°C). I also often use it to pre-boil water for pasta or similar dishes, as my stovetop uses significantly more electricity and takes much longer. The kettle and infuser are easy to clean, and it looks stylish. In any case, I'm very satisfied with what I got for my money and would buy it again in a heartbeat. I highly recommend buying this :)

Visually appealing, easy to use, versatile

Great, just what you need if you love tea.

Today I bought the kettle, was excited, and tried out all the functions. The limescale filter is completely inadequate. It's extremely difficult to remove, and putting it back in is impossible. The tab broke off. Now I'm back at the local appliance store to complain and order a new limescale filter. Such a defective function is simply unacceptable. I hope everything else works.

You can simply enjoy your tea at breakfast. You can relax and read the newspaper, solve a Sudoku puzzle, or do other interesting activities. The brewed tea is always with you. It stays at the same temperature even after 20 minutes. What could be better in the morning?
