WMF unfortunately no longer has quality
I treated myself to this rice cooker in March of this year and was initially very impressed. The rice turns out fantastic. Yesterday, I wanted to use it again. I think that would have been the tenth time. The handle on the lid was somehow loose. No problem, I thought. The screw won't tighten. The glass lid no longer holds the screw in place. The rest of the handle is made of thin plastic. It's a small lid, but it's essential. My enjoyment was short-lived. Sure, I could exchange it. But the product remains the same. I'm quite disappointed with this experience.
