prepare meals quite often that require a lot of chopping. After initially choosing the wrong appliance – a blender – for these tasks, I ended up with this one. Usually, speed 1 is sufficient for me to get the job done. It's important to stop in time so everything doesn't turn to mush. I prefer to chop meat – even small pieces – by hand; speed 2 is supposed to be good for that. My only complaint is that, for example, bell peppers often stick to the sides instead of moving towards the blade; perhaps I've overloaded the appliance? If so, I open it, empty the chopped food, and push the unchopped food down. This didn't happen as often with my old 0.3L mini food processor – but I had to empty and refill it very frequently, which is why I looked for a better replacement. I think once I get a little more practice with this appliance, I'll be 97% satisfied.

After less than a year, my beloved food processor has broken down. WMF quality product? If anyone from marketing or the press department happens to read my complaint: THIS is how a brand name I positively associate with quality products can quickly become a negative one.
