I picked up my reserved braising pans yesterday. I used them for the first time that evening! They're fantastic, I'm completely sold. However, I won't be using any plastic or wooden stirring spoons in them. I'll be using my silicone cooking spoons from Silit. What WMF or Silit are still missing is a silicone serving spoon!
