Casserole pan - Top part
This braising pan is a fantastic piece of equipment, offering all the advantages of WMF pans and boasting a generous capacity. It's enameled, not Teflon-coated, making it completely safe! All kinds of roasts and braised dishes, such as shashlik, turn out perfectly in no time. It's also very easy to clean. Highly recommended!

Very sensitive coating
After just one use, there were already many scratches in the coating. Of course, I only used wooden and plastic spoons. I hope WMF will take the pan back. I'm really disappointed with it.

Coating is peeling off
I've been using the pan for a year now, about 15 times, and the coating is peeling off. I only use plastic and wooden utensils – I have no idea what's wrong with it.

Beautiful appearance - poor quality
I was really excited about this braising pan. It looks great, so much so that I could have easily put it on the table. I'm always very careful with my things and make sure I use the right equipment. I first used the braising pan for a vegetable stir-fry, and I use wooden spatulas. I used a cotton cloth to wash it. I don't know how, but the pan already has scratches after just one use. I was absolutely horrified when I dried it. I didn't expect this from WMF and therefore cannot recommend this braising pan at all.
