The glass of the carafe is very thin, the lid doesn't stay on, and customer service couldn't help. Sent it back immediately.

The carafe is a real eye-catcher for the set table and very practical.

The product lives up to its promises. It's very easy to use and clean, and is also ideal for providing water in a relaxed setting.

The carafe is fantastic, I'm thrilled. It's a real eye-catcher and I haven't had any problems with the lid like some other reviews seem to have.

The pitcher is beautiful. But that's where the positives end. This is the fourth one I've had to break. All it takes is the slightest touch of other dishes while washing it, or, like today, accidentally pushing the dish brush into the pitcher at the wrong angle, and it shatters. Customer service sent me a replacement free of charge, but that one broke today too. I would never buy it again. The thin glass walls at the top of the pitcher are simply useless.

I'm usually a big WMF fan! Unfortunately, this product didn't live up to my expectations. I'd already complained once because the lid wouldn't stay on! The staff was very friendly and replaced it without any fuss. Unfortunately, the exact same problem occurred again. The embarrassing moment in front of my guests was, of course, because the lid fell off again, even though I was being extra careful. For me, this is unacceptable, especially at this price. WMF really needs to come up with a better design! I'm now using the carafe without the lid, which defeats the purpose!

The carafe is unique in its simple yet high-quality appearance. What I find incredibly annoying, however, is the lid. It constantly falls off unless guests are warned beforehand about its poor fit, so they can hold it in place with their fingers while pouring. The lid then scratches our €4000 walnut table, and the contents spill directly onto it! We've tried everything: rubbing it dry until our fingers hurt, drying the rubber seal, and twisting it. And then we have to repeat this every time we refill it. With four drinkers, this happens every half hour. In the end, the lid still falls off when pieces of fruit in the carafe fall forward. And again, everything ends up on the beautiful wood. The evening is practically spent caring for this carafe. It's simply exhausting and incomprehensible to me, as I'm used to higher quality from WMF, commensurate with the price.

Unfortunately, this product isn't suitable for online shipping. I ordered three carafes with glasses, and everything arrived broken. The postal service must have been very rough with them, or there wasn't enough padding. I hope customer service gets back to me.
