The noise level is perfectly acceptable; only the milk frother is a bit louder. All in all, a very high-quality machine that I would definitely recommend to friends.

It's a breeze for a beginner to brew a professional-quality coffee! After unpacking it, I was truly impressed by the quality and feel. Very high-quality materials have been used. After doing a little research, I used the beans from our fully automatic machine. The WMF Espresso Pro isn't loud when grinding the beans. I tamped them briefly, just by feel... it was my first time, after all. Then I put the beans in the portafilter holder and brewed my first cup of coffee. It was truly a delight; the coffee is full-bodied, strong but not too intense, and simply delicious. The only downside I see is the high-gloss front and the high-gloss water cap, which attract fingerprints. Everything else about the WMF Espresso Pro is fantastic.

YouTube tutorials are helpful in this regard, but it's important to understand that this isn't a product that delivers palatable coffee at the push of a button. It requires some learning and familiarization, as a certain understanding of the individual parameters and their combinations is necessary. It demands a lot of practice and perseverance. Only after about 15 attempts was I able to prepare a reasonably drinkable espresso. Fine-tuning the grinder and finding the correct tamping pressure requires a fair amount of experimentation. After numerous attempts and about half a kilo of coffee, I am now consistently producing very tasty espressos and cappuccinos. A major drawback is the cleaning brush inside the machine. I only discovered it by chance. A note about it in the instructions would be very helpful. Grease stains are also very visible on the machine's surface. Anyone who values a flawless appearance will have to polish it more frequently. Despite the initial difficulties, I'm satisfied with the WMF Espresso Pro. The quality of the components is impressive, and the results are worth the effort.
