Coffee at the touch of a button
Hi everyone, I've had my WMF coffee machine for a year now and I'm happy with it. Just switch it on, select your coffee, and enjoy. I do have one complaint, though: the milk froth just doesn't seem to work, hence the 3-star rating. I need to contact support to sort it out; maybe I'm just missing something.

The device had to be exchanged within the first two weeks. The machine always wanted to be unplugged in the morning. Resetting it and restoring it to factory settings didn't work. This shouldn't happen with a new device. As a result, I had to make two trips to Media Markt, a 150 km drive that was completely unnecessary.

Brewing doesn't work. Repair time is too long.
was very satisfied for the first three months. After that, it stopped brewing my morning coffee. Even after a phone consultation with customer service and resetting the machine, it still wouldn't work. During the cleaning cycle, no water was pumped in the first pass. Half a cleaning tablet was found in the grounds container. I sent it in after filing a complaint at the beginning of December. On December 23, 2024, I received confirmation that a replacement part had been requested. As of today (January 28, 2025), there has been no change to the repair order. This is far too long.
