received the machine yesterday. I unpacked it easily, plugged it in, and went through the initial setup process. The menu guides you through the process, and you can adjust everything, such as the clock, to your liking – it's quite self-explanatory. I can immediately tell that the machine is very high quality! Now it's time for the first "test runs." Visually, the WMF fully automatic coffee machine is a truly compact device with a modern design – very elegant and giving a high-quality impression! We really like the backlighting. Filling it with coffee beans and water is very simple. For frothing, the hose is attached to the front of the machine and connected to the metal rod. Then you add milk to the container, select your desired product, and you're good to go! After brewing, you can clean the milk hose (inlet) directly – it's all self-explanatory, as usual. Up to 16 profiles can be saved for custom settings! This allows everyone to program their preferred brewing method. Indicators show when water and coffee beans need refilling, as well as when to empty the drip tray and grounds container. The machine keeps you informed! So far, everything is working perfectly. The wide selection of drinks is fantastic: cappuccino, latte macchiato, and even regular breakfast coffee are all available. I tried 18 different variations! Of course, you can adjust the coffee strength and cup size individually, and you'll have to experiment to find the perfect grind. All in all, I think this machine is very well-designed! After a short adjustment period, the intuitive operation is quite simple. The machine's design is truly impressive! Keep up the good work!

This machine is fantastic and incredibly user-friendly. Completely self-explanatory from the moment you switch it on. Highly recommended. The price-performance ratio is absolutely perfect.

Excellent sales consultation at the WMF store in Sindelfingen (in Breuningerland) with a very detailed demonstration and advice. The machine itself is beautifully designed and very easy to use, as an interactive display explains all the steps. Highly recommended!

We've been using the machine for two weeks now and are completely satisfied. The selection of drinks is extensive. From cappuccino and latte macchiato to breakfast coffee and various teas, it has everything. In total, there are 19 variations. The coffee strength and cup size can be individually adjusted. The profile setting for up to 16 personal user profiles is very practical. You can save your favorite drinks and prepare them quickly. This is especially handy in the mornings when you're in a hurry. The design of the fully automatic coffee machine is simple and therefore very elegant. It's an eye-catcher that fits well into any kitchen. The LED lighting on the bottom of the machine looks very stylish. Cleaning hasn't been complicated so far. The ground coffee is firm and dry, so it's not prone to mold. Cleaning the milk is straightforward. The machine guides you through the cleaning process step by step. The water tank is large, so you don't have to refill it very often, even when you have a lot of guests. Overall, the machine is intuitive and very easy to use. Most importantly, the coffee specialties taste really good. The milk froth is perfect. We did have one issue with the included water filter. It broke on the second day. We reported it to WMF support and are waiting for a replacement. In the meantime, the machine can be used without the filter. Overall, we are very satisfied with the fully automatic coffee machine and would definitely recommend it.

All in all, we're satisfied with the machine. However, compared to our old fully automatic coffee machine, we're missing a few things. Firstly, the cup function (and the carafe function) has unfortunately been discontinued. Secondly, preheating cups is no longer possible. The drip tray definitely needs improvement; it can't be opened for cleaning (or I haven't figured out the trick). The three-stage brewing temperature setting is too general—what temperatures are you actually setting there? The hot milk (and the milk foam) is definitely not hot, more like lukewarm. For the price range of this machine, one would have expected more refinement! ...after all, that's what it's called...

So far, I'm very happy with my new fully automatic coffee machine. I think it looks really stylish and elegant. Of course, it can also make delicious coffee and other drinks. I've already been able to try quite a few things, but unfortunately not everything yet. It's easy to use. What I also really like is the large water tank. The milk froth is fantastic. So, I'm completely satisfied with my new machine.
